Vahali dikri yojna
Gujarat’s government had finances to fall back on during COVID-19 and the national lockdown. The initiative received a total investment of Rs. 133 crore. Total 9,325 girls were enrolled in the program from August 2019 to September 2020, therefore the state’s Women and Child Welfare Department demanded that more forms be made available and the program’s benefits be extended to 18 months.
