લેનાર તથા ઓળખાણ આપનાર) આધાર નંબરનો ઉલ્લેખ ન કરવા  જરૂરી સૂચના પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવી હતી તેમ, નોંધણી સર નિરીક્ષકશ્રી અને સુપ્રિટેન્ડેન્ટ ઓફ સ્ટેમ્પ્સ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા જણાવવામાં આવ્યું છે.નોંધણી સર નિરીક્ષકે આ સંદર્ભે જાહેર જનતાને જણાવ્યું છે,

કે દસ્તાવેજ નોંધણી વખતે સબ રજિસ્ટ્રાર કચેરીમાં નોંધણી અર્થે રજૂ કરવામાં આવે તે દસ્તાવેજમાં કોઈપણ પક્ષકારના આધાર નંબરનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવો નહીં અને જો ઉલ્લેખ કરવો જરૂરી જણાય તો આધાર નંબરના માત્ર છેલ્લા ૪ અંકનો જ ઉલ્લેખ કરવો તથા પ્રથમ આઠ અંકોને બદલે **  ** ની નિશાની દર્શાવવાની રહેશે.તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, દસ્તાવેજના પક્ષકારો દસ્તાવેજ કરી આપનાર, દસ્તાવેજ કરી લેનાર અને ઓળખ આપનારના ઓળખના પુરાવા તરીકે આધારકાર્ડની નકલ સબ રજિસ્ટ્રાર કચેરીમાં પહેલાંની જેમ જ રજૂ કરવાની રહેશે.

જ્યારે ઓળખના પુરાવા તરીકે આધારકાર્ડની નકલ સબ રજિસ્ટ્રાર કચેરીમાં રજૂ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે તેને દસ્તાવેજની સાથે જોડીને તેનો ભાગ બનાવવાને બદલે કચેરીના રેકર્ડ ઉપર જ તેની જાળવણી કરવાની રહેશે.
